Marlborough Police Department Welcomes New Officer
There's a new officer on Marlborough's squad. He was officially sworn in this week.
MARLBOROUGH, MA—Marlborough police have got a new officer on their squad.
Deven O’Brien was officially sworn in on Wednesday by City Clerk Lisa Thomas.
According to the announcement, O’Brien transferred to Marlborough from Lunenburg, where he served for four years.

"Officer O’Brien will undergo some brief field training before hitting the streets on his own," reads the department's Facebook post. "Welcome aboard Officer O’Brien!"
