The teacher who had been put on administrative leave is returning to school.

MARLBOROUGH, MA—A teacher at a Marlborough elementary school is returning to work after being cleared of an investigation over inappropriate conduct, said Superintendent Maureen Greulich in a letter to the school community.
The Kane Elementary School teacher was accused of the conduct with a student and placed on administrative leave after the alleged misconduct on March 16.
“At this point, while I still cannot provide any further details regarding the specific allegations or identify the individuals involved," Greulich said in the statement. "I am able to tell you that the employee categorically denied that any misconduct occurred and cooperated fully in the investigation. Further, it has been determined there was nothing to support the allegations made and the case has been closed.”

“Allegations of any type against a staff member are seriously concerning to all: the individual accused, parents, students and co-workers,” said Greulich in the letter. “I also know how frustrating it can be for those who desire more details about matters involving the safety of our children. I want to thank you all for your understanding as the process was allowed to move forward.”
