Marlborough Woman Curses, Kicks Cops During Arrest
The Marlborough suspect reportedly bit and screamed at the arresting Northborough police.

NORTHBOROUGH, MA—A Marlborough woman added a bunch of charges to her sheet after police pulled her over for a marked lanes violation, but she allegedly ultimately bit, screamed and cursed her way through the arrest procedure.
Around 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 20, Officer Sean Montville was cruising West Main Street on duty and spotted a black Honda Civic swerving over the solid white line in the middle near the intersection of South Street. The driver, according to the report, crossed over the line another time near Hudson Street and tried to pass a tan Jeep.
The Jeep was forced to stop fast, and beeped his horn. Montville turned on his lights and pulled the Honda Civic over near 63 Main St.

The driver said she had already passed the vehicle, and that's why she didn't let the vehicle to merge into the lane, said the report. She told the officer she didn't have her license or registration. The woman told police, according to the report, that "I assumed that [you] would do something because [I] was driving a black Civic with tinted windows."
A second officer arrived and when they asked Estefani Curiel, 20, Short Street, Marlborough to get out of the car, she replied, "No! Why do I have to get out of the car?" According to police, when they explained she had a suspended license, she continued, ""No I don't have to, I'm not going to! Why do I have to?"

Curiel was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, marked lanes violation, no license, no registration, driving with suspended license.
When she was told she was being arrested, the report states that Curiel said, "I'm not talking to you, you're an a******! Don't tell me what to do!" Officer Fruiwirth asked Curiel to get out of the car a few more times, and she refused, said police.
When Montville placed his hands on her left arm to escort her from the driver's seat, according to the report, she screamed, "I can't believe you just grabbed my arm! Get off me, you're a f&^%$$g a******!"
Curiel reportedly continued to yell obscenities throughout the arrest procedure, including, "You're lucky I'm not going to kick you in the balls."
"I asked Ms. Curiel to look to her left so she would not bite or spit in my face as I attempted to place her seat belt on," wrote Montville in his police report. "Curiel stated, 'No, I don't have to, you're an a$$hole!' I placed my lower palm on the jaw bone of Curiel and guided her face to the left. She continued to yell, and then moved her chin, biting my left hand on the writers' palm nearest the proximal set of knuckles."
At the station, Curiel refused to listen, and said to Sgt. Scesny that "I'm not talking to that a******."
Bail was set by Bail Commissioner Karen Farragher at personal recognizances plus a $40 bail fee.
