Marlborough Woman Found Dead in Southborough, No Foul Play Suspected
A young Marlborough woman died this morning of an as yet unknown cause, though police do not believe foul play was involved.

The Worcester County District Attorney's office is reporting that the death of a 28-year-old Marlborough woman this morning is not being viewed as suspicious.
Alicia Gill, of 21 Royal Crest Dr., was found unconscious in Southborough this morning at the residence of her employer where she worked as a nanny, said Worcester County District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr., in a statement.
A passerby discovered Gill's body in the driveway of 34 Central St., next to her car, which had both back doors open.

"It appears she may have been cleaning the car when she was stricken," said Early, in the statement.
Gill worked as a nanny at the Southborough address, and authorities found an infant in the house who appeared to be okay, but was transported to Framingham Hospital as a precaution.

As cause of death is still unknown, the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Worcester County will perform an autopsy.
Detectives assigned to the Worcester County District Attorney's Office and the Southborough Police Department are investigating this death.
