New Housing Guidelines For Marlborough Headed To Council's Desk

MARLBOROUGH, MA—The Urban Affairs Committee signed off on new housing guideline recommendations for the city's officials to better help determine what developments should go where.

Drafted in conjunction with with the Metropolitan Area Planning Council, these guidelines head to City Council for vote, reports the Marlborough Enterprise. These guidelines would run on a point-based system so officials could rate proposals for housing units and determine suitable areas in the city.
