Police Log: Assault and Battery Arrests, Multiple Crashes

The following information is provided by the Marlborough Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Friday, Nov. 29

3:51 a.m.: Police received a complaint about shoplifting at Sears at Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

10:37 a.m.: Police received a theft complaint from Best Buy on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

2:25 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at a home on Brigham Street.

2:35 p.m.: A burglary was reported at an apartment on West Main Street.

3:00 p.m.: Police responded to JC Penny on Donald Lynch Boulevard for a reported shoplifting. Police arrested Patricia A. Nelson, 26, of 48 Hillside Ave., Webster, on a charge of larceny over $250.

3:06 p.m.: A domestic disturbance was reported at Marlborough East Apartments on East Main Street.

3:51 p.m.: Threats were made at Marlborough East Apartments.

4:29 p.m.: A car crash with injury was reported at Solomon Pond Mall.

10:51 p.m.: Vandalism was reported at a two-family residence on Maple Street.

Saturday, Nov. 30

9:37 a.m.: A disturbance was reported at Marlborough Hospital.

12:04 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at a home on Crescent Street.

2:23 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at Hunt's Mobil on West Main Street.

3:12 p.m.: Police responded to a domestic disturbance at White Real Estate Co. on Broad Street. Police arrested Cruz N. Munoz, 30, of 85 Broad St., Apt. 325, Marlborough, on a charge of assault and battery.

3:25 p.m.: A disturbance was reported on Hildreth Street at Curtis Avenue.

4:17 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at Dumais Realty Rooming House on Central Street. Police responded and arrested Daniel K. Hart, 47, of 34 Central St., Apt. 2, Marlborough, on a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon. Police arrested Ryan C. Parmelee, 20, of 34 Central St., Apt. 1, Marlborough, on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

6:32 p.m.: Police responded to a home on Boston Post Road East for a reported disturbance. Police arrested Tanner WH Batchelder, 21, of 181 Boston Post Road East, Apt. 34, Marlborough, on charges of assault and battery and intimidating a witness or impeding an investigation.

6:57 p.m.: A crash with injuries was reported on Reservoir Street at Lakeshore Drive.

10:19 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at a home on Gulbankian Drive.

10:52 p.m.: Vandalism was reported at The Heights at Marlborough Apartments on Briarwood Lane.

Sunday, Dec. 1

12:30 a.m.: Suspicious activity was reported at Shell Gas station, Lincoln Street.

12:55 a.m.: A disturbance was reported at Brook Village East on East Main Street.

12:59 a.m.: A disturbance was reported at the Meadows at Marlborough on Broadmeadow Road.

7:51 a.m.: A crash with injuries was reported on Bolton Street at Reservoir Street.

8:25 a.m.: A crash with injuries was reported on Hosmer Street.

9:09 a.m.: A crash with injuries was reported at Broadmeadow Road at Parmenter Street.

10:45 a.m.: Suspicious activity was reported on Franklin Street at Chestnut Street.

12:24 p.m.: Suspicious activity was reported at Marlboro Market on East Main Street.

2:08 p.m.: Police received a hangup call from The Heights at Marlborough Apartments. Police responded and arrested Marcopaulo Ramao, 38, of 48 Briarwood Lane, Apt. 6, Marlborough, on a charge of assault and battery.

6:12 p.m.: Police responded to a disturbance on Devens Street. Police arrested Losvin Alfonso Cruz-Garcia, 31, of 301 Boston Post Road East, Apt. C9, Marlborough, on a charge of assault and battery.

Monday, Dec. 2

2:26 a.m.: Police responded to a disturbance at The Heights at Marlborough Apartments on Briarwood Lane. Police arrested Alexandra Wilcox, 22, of 37 Briarwood Lane, Apt. 3, Marlborough, on a charge of assault and battery.

3:22 a.m.: Vandalism was reported at Marlborough District Courthouse.
