Tuesday, Dec. 18

7:49 a.m.: Vandalism was reported from the Old Walker Home on Framingham Road.

8:15 a.m.: Police arrested Lucas Jones, 27, of 65 Dudley Street Apt. #ST on Dudley Street on charges of assault and battery following a call for a domestic disturbance.

10:40 a.m.: Suspicious activity was reported from Assabet Valley Vocational High School on Fitchburg Street.

11:03 a.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided at the Marlborough Post Office on Florence Street.

11:34 a.m.: Police arrested David McCurley, 29, of 10 E Main Street Apt. 3 in Ayer on Howe Street on charges of breaking and entering for a misdemeanor.

12:32 p.m.: Police received a report of a domestic disturbance from Alan Road.

4:22 p.m.: Fraud or forgery was reported from Dumas Salon on Springhill Avenue.

4:43 p.m.: An eratic operator was reported from Bolton Street.

5:43 p.m.: Police issued a citation or warning during a motor vehicle stop on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

6:07 p.m.: A domestic disturbance was reported from the Maple Crest Apartments on Maple Street.

7:21 p.m.: A disturbance was reported from Realestate Marketplace on East Main Street.

7:55 p.m.: Larceny was reported from Verizon Wireless in the Solomon Pond Mall.

8:01 p.m.: Police served a restraining order on Sumner Street.

10:00 p.m.: A 911 hangup call was received from Target on Boston Post Road East.

Wednesday, Dec. 19

12:25 a.m.: A disturbance was reported from Realestate Marketplace on East Main Street.

2:33 a.m.: The department of public works was called out to Rice Street.
