Police Log: Assault Arrest, Restraining Orders Served

Monday, April 2: 

12:32 a.m.: Threats were reportedly made against an individual at 140 East Main St.

6:26 a.m.: Nicole Marie Spinazola, 30, of 33 Red Spring Rd., was arrested during a motor vehicle stop in the area of , 481 Boston Post Rd. E., and charged with an outstanding warrant.

11:27 a.m.: There was a motor vehicle crash with property damage in the vicinity of the RK Executive Center, 201 Boston Post Rd. W. 

1:15 p.m.: An act of vandalism was reported at 82 Melody Ln.

3:05 p.m.: Services were rendered when an harassment order was served at 26 Huntington Ave., Apt. 1. 

5:33 p.m.: There was a motor vehicle crash with property damage in the parking lot of the , 240 East Main St. 

6:29 p.m.: Police served a restraining order to an individual at the Victorian Guest House, 39 Newton St., Apt. 3. 

7:51 p.m.: Carlos A. Pagan, 41, of 7 Brook St., Apt. 2, was arrested after officers responded to a domestic disturbance at the same address. He was charged with two counts of assault and battery and threatening to commit a crime. 

11:44 p.m.: Police made a medical assist and hospital transport for an individual at 120 Prospect St., Apt. 2.
