Police Log: Assault, Warrant Arrests; A Wall-Shaking Domestic Dispute

Thursday, April 5:
1:53 a.m.: Services were rendered when officers investigated a suspicious motor vehicle in the vicinity of the Marlborough Foundry, 555 Maple St.
9:42 a.m.: An assault was reported at the , 25 Union St.

11 a.m.: Police received a report of a beagle running around in the roadway in the vicinity of 392 Farm Rd. Passersby and officers spent part of the late morning chasing down the dog which was eventually captured no worse for wear.
11:18 a.m.: A domestic disturbance was investigated at 82 Melody Ln.

12:15 p.m.: There was a motor vehicle crash with property damage in the area of 5 Lincoln St.
2:30 p.m.: Tyler S. Urato, 17, of 64 Washington St., was arrested during a domestic disturbance at the same address and charged with assault and battery.
3:01 p.m.: There was a motor vehicle crash with injuries in the vicinity of , 413 Lakeside Ave.
3:46 p.m.: Officers deal with a sex offender registration at , 355 Bolton St.
6:55 p.m.: During a motor vehicle stop in the area of , 59 East Main St., Charles T. Gargone Jr., 47, of 140 East Main St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
8:19 p.m.: Services were rendered when police issued an harassment order at headquarters, 355 Bolton St.
10:29 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a loud domestic incident at the Modern Guest House, 8 Cotting Ave. Scanner traffic indicated that the persons involved caused such a ruckus that wall hangings in neighboring apartments were falling off the walls.
