Friday, March 2:
1:34 a.m.: Suspicious activity was reported near the intersection of Lincoln and Cross streets, and police subsequently arrested Marie A. Tellier, 26, of 655 Boston Post Rd., Apt. 1112, Sudbury on an outstanding warrant.
10:03 a.m.: There was a motor vehicle crash near Dunkin Donuts, 269 East Main St.

1:47 p.m.: Marlborough police assisted the Marlborough Fire Department after responding to a fire alarm at . The school was evacuated, but it the alarm was determined to be a malfunction of the system.
8:25 p.m.: There was a motor vehicle crash with property damage in the vicinity of the Royal Crest Apartments, 12 Royal Crest Dr.

3:52 a.m.: There was a motor vehicle crash with property damage near .
3:53 a.m.: During a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Cook Lane and Essex Street, Glenn P. Burgess, 24, of 799 Farm Rd., Apt. 5, was arrested for second offense OUI liquor, driving with a revoked registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and failure to stop/yield.
7:37 a.m.: An act of vandalism was reported at a residence, 130 Dean Rd.
2:29 p.m.: A suspicious motor vehicle was investigated at the .
7:11 p.m.: A stolen car was reported at Superior Pie, 123 Main St.
Sunday, March 5:
9:30 a.m.: An act of larceny was reported at a residence, 12 Ethel Ave.
10:43 a.m.: A stolen motor vehicle was reported at the Heights of Marlborough apartments, 19 Briarwood Ln.
1:30 p.m.: An act of larceny was reported to police at , 157 Union St.
5:22 p.m.: Officers filed a report concerning a recovered stolen car that was taken the previous day from Superior Pie on Main Street. Scanner traffic indicated that the owner found the vehicle parked on Washington Street in good condition.
5:42 p.m.: Raja-Kumar Kanderi, 28, of 295 Turnpike Rd., Apt. 703, Westborough, was arrested inside Solomon Pond Mall after a female shopping inside Brookstone said that he had inappropriately touched her. Scanner traffic indicated that mall security trailed Kanderi until police arrived, and he was then charged with indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over.
11:20 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a homeless woman refusing to leave the premises of Marlborough Hospital, after being treated and given a psychological evaluation, said scanner reports. Doris M. Netz, 50, was arrested and charged with trespassing.
