Police Log: Resident Charged with Receiving Stolen Car, 5th OUI

Tuesday, Feb. 7:

1:10 a.m.: Jennifer Es Kosa, 45, of 235 West Main St., Apt. 5, placed under arrest at , 355 Bolton St., and charged with a warrant for uttering a false prescription. 

1:49 a.m.: Services are rendered when police investigate suspicious activity in the vicinity of , 250 Maple St.

7:10 a.m.: Police supervise the towing of a vehicle at the Heights at Marlborough Apartments, 36 Briarwood Ln.

7:53 a.m.: No police action is required when a report of an auto theft is given at the Heights at Marlboruogh Apartments, 36 Briarwood Ln. 

1:33 p.m.: Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle is reported at a residence, 70 Sudbury St. 

2:38 p.m.: John P. Sawicki, 49, of 276 Main St., Apt. 43, is arrested during a motor vehicle stop conducted by another law enforcement agency on the Rt. 85, 290 eastbound connector. He is charged with receiving a stolen motor vehicle, possession of an open containing of alcohol in a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license and fifth offense OUI liquor. 

5:47 p.m.: While responding to a reported 209A violation (proximity order), officers arrest Carlos M. Cabrera, 39, of 58 Newton St., for violating an abuse prevention order. 

7:36 p.m.: David John Tetreault, 32, of 46 Sawmill Rd., Dudley, is arrested during a disturbance at 19 Northboro Rd. E., Apt. 116. He is charged with assault and battery and impeding an investigation through witness intimidation. 

8:49 p.m.: A criminal complaint is filed when officers respond to a 209A violation (proximity order) at 71 Upland Rd. 

9:45 p.m.: Alan Brodzinski, 51, of 5 Lincoln St., Apt. 1, is arrested on an outstanding warrant at the same address.
