Police Log: Sudden Death and Traffic Arrests

Monday, Dec. 31

8:48 a.m.: Police arrestd Gregory Sweet Jr., 29, of 22 Broad Street Apt. 126 at the CVC Pharmacy on East Main Street on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

9:58 a.m.: A motor vehicle accident with injuries was reported from Hildreth and Church Streets.

11:24 a.m.: Police arrested Lori Viera, 45, of 146 E. Main Street Apt. 101 on Gleason Street Extension on charges of violating an abuse prevention order.

1:27 p.m.: Suspicious activity was reported from Target on Boston Post Road East.

3:11 p.m.: A motor vehicle accident with property damage was reported from Digital Credit Union on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

3:21 p.m.: Police arrested Stephen Pye, 33, of 149 Littlefield Ln. on Littlefield Lane on charges of assault and battery.

3:35 p.m.: An assault was reported from Lincoln Street.

6:03 p.m.: A past breaking and entering was reported from Maple Terrace.

6:12 p.m.: A suddent death was reported from East Main Street.

9:07 p.m.: Police arrested Nelson Rodriguez, 32, of 38 Cotting Ave Apt. 3 on East Main Street on charges of a subsequent offense of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a motor vehicle lights violation.

Tuesday, Jan 1

12:02 a.m.: A disturbance was reported from Avalon Orchards on Avalon Drive.

12:19 a.m.: A disturbance was reported from Trinity Condominiums on West Main Street.

12:38 a.m.: Auto theft was reported from Harrison Arms Apartments on Boston Post Road East.

1:18 a.m.: A disturbance was reported from Brook Village East on East Main Street.

2:22 a.m.: A disturbance was reported from Second Road.

2:40 a.m.: A disturbance was reported from Barracuda Drive.

3:48 a.m.: A disturbance was reported from McDonald's Restaurant on Broad Street.

10:12 a.m.: A disturbance was reported from Dumais Realty Rooming House on Central Street.

11:58 a.m.: Auto theft was reported from Princeton Green Apartments on Fram Road.

12:14 p.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided at Bertucci's on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

2:58 p.m.: A motor vehicle accident was reported from Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

3:23 p.m.: Trespassing was reported from the Assabet Valley Vocational High School on Fitchburg Street.

4:28 p.m.: Suspicious activity was reported from the 7-11 Convinience Store on Broad Street.

6:27 p.m.: Police issued a criminal complaint following a motor vehicle stop on Mechanic and Hastings Streets.

7:41 p.m.: A disturbance was reported from the Harrison Arms Aprtments on Boston Post Road East.

Wednesday, Jan. 2

12:27 a.m.: A suspicious motor vehicle was reported from Stow Road.

1:45 a.m.: A burglar alarm went off at the 99 Restaurant on Boston post Road West.

5:04 a.m.: A burglar alarm went off at Marlborough High School on Bolton Street.
