Police Log: Thefts, Disturbances, Arrest for Violating Abuse Prevention Order
The following information is provided by the Marlborough Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Monday, Dec. 16
10:48 a.m.: A theft was reported at Digital Federal Credit Union.
11:50 a.m.: A theft was reported at Sunoco on Maple Street.
2:40 p.m.: Shoplifting was reported at Sears on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
3:27 p.m.: Threats were reported at Assabet Valley Collaborative School.
3:58 p.m.: Police responded to White Real Estate Company. Police arrested Cruz N. Munoz, 30, of 199 Essex St., Apt. 2, Marlborough, on a charge of violating an abuse prevention order.
7:34 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at the Heights of Marlborough Apartments.
9:47 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at 7-Eleven on Broad Street.
