Police Log: Unattended Death, Cops Catch Burglar, Missing Person

Tuesday, Feb. 21:
12:16 a.m.: Services were rendered when police investigated suspicious activity at the Shell gas station, 342 Boston Post Rd. E.
7:47 a.m.: Officers investigated an unattended death at a residence, 467 Lincoln St.

9:23 a.m.: James A. Fancy, 26, of 80 Laurel St., West Boylston, was arrested after police discovered him burglarizing a residence at 462 Bigelow St. He was charged with breaking and entering in the daytime for a felony, two counts of assault and battery, malicious destruction of property more than $250, possession of a burglarious instrument, possession of a Class D drug (marijuana), possession of a Class C drug (Klonopin), possession of a Class A drug (morphine) and receiving stolen property.
9:28 a.m.: A sex offender registration was filed at police headquarters, 355 Bolton St.

1:19 p.m.: An act of harassment was reported at 35 Ringold St.
3:33 p.m.: Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle was reported at the Heights of Marlborough apartments, 33 Briarwood Ln.
8:13 p.m.: A missing person was reported at a residence, 78 Essex St.
