Monday, Jan. 14

8:52 a.m.: A motor vehicle accident with property damage was reported from the Old Fire Station on Main Street.

9:40 a.m.: Vandalism was reported from Western View Drive.

11:15 a.m.: Suspicious activity was reported from Crosby Road.

12:05 p.m.: Suspicious activity was reported from Gulbankian Mobile Home Village Inc. on Broadmeadow Road.

12:34 p.m.: A well being check was made at New England Sports Center on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

1:18 p.m.: Suspicious activity was reported from Prospect Street.

2:06 p.m.: A domestic disturbance was reported from Prospect Street.

3:56 p.m.: Larceny was reported from Ringold Street.

5:35 p.m.: An erratic operator was reported from Chestnut and Pleasant Streets.

6:02 p.m.: Harassment was reported from Littlefield Lane.

6:28 p.m.: A motor vehicle accident with property damage was reported from Maple Street.

7:03 p.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided on Hemenway Street.

8:06 p.m.: A disturbance was reported from Main Street.

8:24 p.m.: The DPW was called out to Cedar Hill Street and Simarino Drive.

8:26 p.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided on Bigelow Street.

9:00 p.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided at  Avalon Orchards on Avalon Drive.

9:22 p.m.: A motor vehicle stop was made on Framingham Road.

Tuesday, Jan. 15

12:57 a.m.: A burglar alarm went off in Jackson Circle.

2:35 a.m.: Police provided assistance to a citizen at the Marlborough Hospital on Union Street.

3:16 a.m.: Police arrested Guilherme Pereira, 47 , of 19 Hastings Street Apt. 2 on Lincoln Street on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failing to stop or yield.

5:53 a.m.: Police made a motor vehicle stop on John Street.
