10:37 a.m.: Police arrested Michael S. Milot, 36, of 34 Silver Ave. in Bellingham at the Countryside Village on Boston Post Road East on charges of failing to register as a sex offender.

12:34 p.m.: Assault was reported from Mustang Ave.

3:23 p.m.: A disturbance was reported from Marlborough District Court on Williams Street.

4:44 p.m.: Fraud or forgery was reported from Mount Pleasant Street.

7:42 p.m.: Police arrested Jorge Ortiz Cardenas, 30, of 14 Mount Pleasant Street Apt. 4 on Mount Pleasant Street on charges of assault and battery.

9:49 p.m.: A missing person was reported from Kirby Street.
