A Third McDonald's Might Be Coming To Marlborough

City Council will vote to approve a permit for a third McDonald's in Marlborough next week.

MARLBOROUGH, MA - According to an application for a permit obtained by Patch, the fast food giant is looking to open a new location at 735 Boston Post Rd. E, the site of what used to be Joy Asia Restaurant.

This location would have two drive-through lanes, 38 seats and offer free Wi-Fi to customers.

There are currently two other McDonald's locations in Marlborough. One is at 250 Maple St., and the other is at 155 Boston Post Rd. W.

This new location would be just 15 minutes east of the McDonald's on Boston Post Road westbound. Proposed operating hours would be from 5 a.m. to 2 a.m., and the permit will go before the City Council on Monday, Jan. 27.
