Trio Of I-495 Ramp Closures In Marlborough This Week: MassDOT

MARLBOROUGH, MA — Three nights of closures are coming to a key I-1495 exit ramp in Marlborough this week.

On Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, the southbound I-495 ramp to I-290 will close at 11 p.m. opening the following morning at 5 a.m., according to the transportation agency.

During the overnight work the following detour will be in place:

• When the I-495 southbound exit 65B ramp to I-290 westbound is closed, traffic will be directed to continue on I-495 southbound and instead use exit 63A, (Route 20 eastbound), in order to reverse direction onto I-495 northbound back to exit 65B, (I-290 westbound).

MassDOT did not specify what type of work will be performed during the closures. The work is weather-dependent and subject to change.
