MARLBOROUGH, MA - The hearing for a man accused of impregnating his teenage daughter while living in a migrant shelter in Marlborough was canceled and moved to the Middlesex Superior Court, according to the MetroWest Daily News.
The man, unnamed to protect the victim of the alleged assault, was arraigned earlier this March. He pleaded not guilty to aggravated rape of a child with an age difference of more than 10 years.
He was arrested in February following an investigation that lasted nearly a year. He reportedly stayed at the Holiday Inn & Suites in Marlborough. The Daily News said redacted reports from the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities Division of Housing Stabilization stated an employee from a shelter management company discovered a text from the man's daughter implying she was pregnant with her father's child.
