What Would You Like to See Here?
A fire took this prime Main Street location out of commission several years ago, but what will (or should) replace it?
Until June 26, 2010, 173 Main St. in downtown Marlborough was the Central West Grill. An eight alarm fire changed all that and now all that stands at that address is a fenced-off, vacant lot.
Marlborough Patch could not find any reference to this location in local real estate listings, but the question remains: What type of establishment would best serve the interests of the city in this location? Certainly not a fenced-off vacant lot, but maybe a nice park, or another business? If you know anything about this property, please share in the comments.
