This retail unit at 193 Main St. in downtown Marlborough was at one time the New Language Center, Inc., but more recently it's been just another empty space. 

The 1500 square foot facility is zoned for business purposes and is on the real estate market to be leased for $1,100 a month. 

As part of a five tenant retail plaza with an address of 205 Main St., the real estate agent says the space could be used for a variety of purposes. 

" (It was) previously used as a classroom style build-out, but can be used for fast food, med spa, massage therapy, plus much more," said the listing. "Full second floor available for storage or offices if additional space is needed for your business."
