Woman Arrested In Crash That Left Man In Critical Condition
A Marlborough woman is facing charges for hitting a pedestrian in Salem, and leaving the scene.

MARLBOROUGH, MA—A Marlborough woman has been arrested in an accident that seriously injured a 64-year-old man in Salem, according to reports. Rebecca Mae Boyington, 22, was arrested and charged with failing to slow down and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident.
The Salem man was struck on Lafayette Street on Sunday night around 6:45 p.m., with a witness telling police that he saw the car strike the victim and send him over the hood of the car, reports the Salem News.
It was reported that the driver left the scene, with the pedestrian in front of the Salem fire headquarters. He was found unresponsive and transported to the North Shore Medical Center.
