Cape Cod police said Jerry White was arrested on drug charges outside a grocery store.

YARMOUTH, MA — A Cape Cod man with 122 charges on his record was arrested again, police said this week. Jerry White, 52, of Chatham, faces drug charges following an incident on Long Pond Drive February 26, according to police.

Police said an officer encountered White "acting suspiciously" near Bass River Discount Liquors and Stop & Shop. When the officer approached, White tossed a pill bottle to the ground, police said. The bottle was recovered and the officer found suboxone, gabapentin and benzodiazepine pills inside, police said.

White was charged with three counts of drug possession. He also had a warrant for breaking and entering and trespassing out of Orleans District Court.
