Call from Bus Driver, Wrong Way Driver, Lost Lab, and More

Friday, Dec. 6

7:34 a.m., North Street. Caller from Medfield High School said she received a call from a school bus driver about a truck parked in a bad spot near 29 North Street that was backing up traffic. Police said there was no problem with the truck or traffic. 

10:14 a.m., Turtle Brook Way. E911 caller said her husband fell and is having trouble breathing. Medfield Ambulance took him to Norwood Hospital.

11:13 a.m., Janes Avenue. Caller said a truck was going the wrong way on Janes Avenue. Gone on arrival. 

1:10 p.m., North Street. Caller said she found a dog on North Street. She put the dog in the house but no one answered when she called. Police said all was well.

2:15 p.m., North Street. Caller requested an ambulance for a patient with chest pains. Medfield Ambulance took her to Norwood Hospital.

3:31 p.m., mutual aid. Millis requested an ambulance at Cedar Square (Millis) for an 18-year-old who had too much to drink. He was taken to Natick. 

4:29 p.m., station. Walk-in report from a man who is receiving threats from an ex-employee. 

6:23 p.m., Main Street. Retail store said they found a wallet belonging to a Pleasant Street resident. 

6:43 p.m., Pilgrim Lane. Caller said her black lab ran off its leash. 

9:10 p.m., Peter Kristoff Way. Caller said a patron was causing a disturbance. The 43-year-old Millis woman was taken into protective custody.

11:52 p.m., Main Street. Police talked to a man in a convenience store parking lot. The man thought the store was open; police sent him on his way.
