Conway is an adorable 12 lb Havanese neutered male. He is approximately 5 years old and is in good health. Conway was rescued from a shelter approximately 2 years ago and has been with his current owner since shortly after coming into the Shelter's care. Not much is known about Conway's previous life, but for the past 2 years he has been a happy little guy.
Conway likes to sit in your lap and cuddle. Once he gets to know you, he loves being picked up and will actively solicit for your attention with an adorable "pumping his front legs while standing on his back leg" motion. Conway is wary of strangers, but he will bond strongly with one or two individuals over a period of time.
Conway needs to be in a quiet and stable dog-savvy home familiar with the behaviors of small dogs. Conway can get very excited when meeting new people, so he would do best in a home without children.
Conway gets along with other dogs. He has some basic obedience and knows sit, down, and come. Conway is housebroken and crate trained. He is in good health and is current on all his shots.
