Fake Son Asks for Money, Turkey in Road, Found Wallet

Tuesday, Feb. 26
5:11 a.m., North Street and Deerfield Drive. Traffic enforcement; two citations issued.

11:19 a.m., Harding Street. Report of a turkey in the road, possibly deceased. Animal Control notified.
2:36 p.m., Pine Street. Caller reports she would like to talk to an officer about a speeding car on Pine Street that just passed a school bus. She followed the car, a 2000 Nissan Maxima with a male and female in it, and it is now on Scott Road. Police responded.

4 p.m., Turner Hill Road. Caller would like to talk to an officer about fraud.
5:51 p.m., South Street. Caller said he received a strange call from someone claiming to be his son (it was not) and asking for money. The caller ID number was blocked.
10:01 p.m., Thomas Clewes Road. E911 caller reports her sister may have overdosed, she may be having a seizure. Medfield Ambulance took her to Norwood Hospital.
Wednesday, Feb. 27
12:29 a.m., Main Street. Check of Town Hall; all is secure.
12:50 a.m., Main Street. Police checked the convenience store because the lights were on inside the store. The building was secure.
6:09 a.m., Pound Street. Police received a LifeLine call from Tilden Village. Man fell and needed help getting up. Police and Medfield Ambulance responded.
6:21 a.m., Main Street. Police were out with a motor vehicle stop (1999 Toyota Corolla) at Main Street and Pound Street.
6:52 a.m., Main Street. Police said somebody found a wallet at the bank. The officer brought it back to the station.
8:25 a.m., North Street. Dover Police Department said they had a motor vehicle crash on North Street near Deerfield Drive (2003 Hyundai Sonata hit a deer). Deer was gone on arrival.
