4:42 p.m., North and Harding Streets. Caller reported a traffic dispute with an irate man yelling in the roadway; subject left scene prior to arrival of police units.

5:32 p.m., Pound Street. Report of a defibrillator giving shocks to a conscious patient. Medfield Ambulance responded and took the patient to Norwood Hospital.

10 p.m., Pleasant and Curve Streets. Traffic enforcement.

Friday, April 5

5:50 a.m., Main Street. Caller reported a vehicle passing cars on Route 109. Gone on arrival.

7:09 a.m., Hospital Road. Traffic enforcement. 

8:22 a.m., Philip Street and Hammant Way. Caller from the High School said she received a radio call from one of the bus drivers reporting a smell of gas in this area. Medfield Fire confirmed the smell at 8:31 a.m. and asked Columbia Gas to respond and check on the area. 

9:47 a.m., Turtle Brook Way. E911 caller requested an ambulance for someone who has had norovirus for about three weeks. Patient taken to Needham Hospital.

9:57 a.m., West Street. Walk-in report from parents who are concerned with a problem their daughter is having with another female student at school. They have also spoken with the school department. All set for now. 

12:17 p.m., station. Police issued one burning permit.

2:09 p.m., Main Street. Walk-in report from a business that will be going door to door handing out fliers.
