She hopes to raise $1,000 for the organization and, so far, has raised $245.   Here is some information on the organization... The Senegal Society for the Protection and Care of Animals is an animal welfare organization in Dakar, Senegal. Our mission is to end animal suffering in Senegal, starting with the thousands of diseased, malnourished, and abused stray cats and dogs. Funding for this project will go directly to vaccinations, sterilizations, and the re-homing of street animals in Dakar, Senegal.
