Medfield Author releases his first Novel…Just Bounce It.

David and his wife Maureen have been residents of Medfield since 1994, and have two daughters Jennifer and Maggie.

David says, “COVID gave me lots of extra time to do things I enjoy, and writing was the perfect use of my time. As I wrote this book, I was happy to be able to weave an important theme throughout the story, that team sports can help build self-esteem in teens and young adults. For many years, I had the opportunity to coach my two daughters in Medfield youth sports. While coaching, I noticed that several young girls began each season lacking self-confidence. By the end of the season, many of those girls had not only raised their self-esteem, but also, expanded their social circles.”
