Medfield Volunteer Fair Aims to Make Meaningful Matches

Medfield-serving non-profit organizations and community groups encouraged to sign up!

Volunteers are critical for any organization! In 2021, these United Church of Christ volunteers helped move Medfield Food Cupboard from its Main Street location to West Street. Local groups are encouraged to host a volunteer-recruitment table at the fair.

Need volunteers? Interested in volunteering? The 2nd annual Medfield Volunteer Fair seeks to make a match!

Medfield TV, Sustainable Medfield, Medfield Foundation and Medfield Insider have joined forces to organize a community-wide volunteer fair once again for 2026. It will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 10 at St. Edward’s Church, 133 Spring St./Rte. 27, Medfield.

Not-for-profit organizations or community groups based in Medfield, or that serve Medfield, are encouraged to participate. Town boards and committees can also take advantage of the fair to help identify residents who might want to consider joining.

Early-bird registration by Dec. 1 provides greater publicity opportunities for participating organizations, plus a discounted rate.

Groups wanting to secure a volunteer recruitment table at the fair simply need to reference this form for more details and to register. Fair organizers request a small fee (as noted on form), and ask representatives to arrive a little early to set up, and stay a bit longer after the event to take care of breakdown.
