Presentation on friendship at library on March 28
We'll highlight research, health benefits, "green flags," "friendship triangle," and share our personal experience with friendship.
Are you interested in the topic of friendship, specifically female friendship? Would you like to learn about the science behind the importance of friendship, how friendship changes as we get older, and the impacts of the loneliness epidemic?
If so, stop by the Medfield Public Library (lower level) on Fri., March 28, at 1 p.m. for a program that highlights qualitative and quantitative research related to the importance and health benefits of friendships. We'll discuss the “friendship triangle,” how many friends you really need, how to identify “green flags,” and specific ways to rekindle friendships. The program will begin with a presentation followed by a discussion in which attendees are welcome to share their personal experiences.
