Sandy Hook, Roche Bros. Continued, and More

Here are a few things to keep in mind today. 

• The Nov. 18 hearing for Roche Bros.' new "Brothers Marketplace" was postponed, at the applicant's request, to Dec. 2 at 8:05 p.m. 
• The Board of Selectmen will meet tonight at 7 p.m. The agenda includes a presentation of a Preservation Award by the Historical Commission. The 7:15 p.m. presentation of proposed plan for Clark Tavern has been postponed.
  
• Plan ahead for next weekend when the library will host :Family Game Day" starting at 2:30 p.m. 
• Yesterday (Nov. 18) started the "26 Days of Kindness" at Blake Middle School system in honor of the 26 people who were killed at Sandy Hook Elementary School on Dec. 14, 2012. The purpose, say school officials, is to show students that even the smallest act of kindness can have a big impact.
