Stapleton Roy, Director, Kissinger Institute on China and the United States, and Former American Ambassador to the PRC, and Rear Admiral Eric McVadon, Senior Advisor, Asia-Pacific Studies, Institute of Foreign Policy Analysis, Former US Defense and Naval Attaché to the PRC, U.S. Navy (Retired).
