5 Things to Know Today, Tuesday, March 8

Good morning, Medford. Here's five things to know today:

: Documented during 2009 and 2010,  "We are Egypt: Voices of Egypt's Youth Opposition Movement" beyond recent headlines and gives the story of Egypt's revolution through the eyes of Egypt's young activists, labor movements, and political opposition figures. The film will be shown at 6 p.m., followed by discussion with director Lillie Paquette.

: The group will meet at 7 p.m. at the Medford Public Library to discuss "Blown Away" by A.E. Hotchner.

Mostly Sunny: Today's high is expected to be around 39 degrees, with a few clouds in the sky, according to the National Weather Service. Tomorrow's high is expected to be about 40 degrees.

: The council holds its regular weekly meeting tonight at 7 p.m. at City Hall.

: If you haven't checked out the new art exhibit at Springstep, "Expectations" is free and open to the public Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
