Car Crashes Into Medford Nail Salon

MEDFORD, MA — A woman was hospitalized after crashing her car through a storefront in Medford Tuesday. The car "careened" through the parking lot at 295 Middlesex Ave., striking five other cars, before going through the front of Bellagio Nails & Day Spa, the firefighters' union said.

Emergency crews found the driver trapped in the car when they arrived. She was extricated and taken to the hospital, the union said.

No other injuries were reported.
