1. SUPER BOWL XLVII: It's not the matchup Patriots fans were hoping for but on Sunday the NFC Champion San Francisco 49ers and AFC Champion Baltimore Ravens will face off in Super Bowl XLVII. The game starts at 6:30 p.m. on CBS.

THIS DAY IN HISTORY: On this day in 1884, the first portion, or fascicle, of the Oxford English Dictionary (OED), considered the most comprehensive and accurate dictionary of the English language, is published.
