Medford Resident, Ast. DA, Wins Trial Team Award
Joseph Palazzo was given the honor for his work with the District Attorney's PACT unit.

Medford resident and county prosecutor Joseph Palazzo was recently recognized by the District Attorney's office for his excellence in the courtroom.
Palazzo was presented with the Thomas F. Reilly Trial Team Award at a ceremony held in Woburn, according to a press release from the office of Middlesex District Attorney Gerry Leone
The Award, named in honor of former Middlesex District Attorney and Massachusetts Attorney General Tom Reilly, is presented each year to a member of the district attorney’s trial teams for demonstrating a standard of courtroom excellence, according to the release.

Palazzo is an Assistant District Attorney in the public protection, anti-terrorism, corruption, and technology unit.
“Joe’s dedication and commitment to our office has had a powerful effect on our ability to fight drug trafficking,” District Attorney Leone said in a statement. “Joe brings assertiveness and professionalism to his work and that is why he is a shining example of what the Thomas F. Reilly Trial Team Award represents.”
