The Sunoco gas station on Riverside Avenue was robbed by a man brandishing a handgun Tuesday afternoon, police said. At about 4:11 p.m. Tuesday, a hispanic male, described at about 5' 6" and in his twenties, entered the store at 470 Riverside Ave. and robbed it at gun point, according to a press release from police Lt. Paul Covino. The suspect was wearing a black baseball cap, a black nylon winter vest, and a red short sleeve shirt, Covino said.  He also has a mustache along with a small growth of hair under his bottom lip and a small beard on his chin. Anyone who can identify the person in the photo to the right should call the Medford Police at 781 395-1212 or the Medford Police Investigative Services Unit at 781-391-6405.
