It was a busy week in Medford. Here's some of the top stories:

A wife and mother of two young children was arrested sunday night for fatally stabbing her husband outside their Exchange Avenue home. Shawntina Burston, 38, was ordered held without bail Monday on a charge of first degree murder. Prosecutors said she fatally stabbed her husband, Troy, during a heated argument as their two children slept upstairs.

: If the snow piles were big enough already, another storm hit in the middle of the week, closing school Wednesday and causing a snow emergency until Thursday morning.

: Hikers, bikers, birders and dog enthusiasts all shared their views on rules and regulations in Middlesex Fells in a meeting monday night.

: The school department decided on Thursday to close the gymnasium until Monday as a safety precaution while workers removed snow and ice from the roof.

: State Police released a list of the 10 most wanted sex offenders in Massachusetts and one of the men named is wanted by Medford Police. Steven Hescock, 34, is a level 3 sex offender with outstanding warrants for failure to Register as a Sex Offender and two counts of larceny in Revere, and an additional warrant on larceny charges in Medford.
