Community Art Center Offices to support a Melrose Community Arts Center which could fill the empty space across the street (under Corinthian Hall) with drama, music, dance and visual arts. Performance, classes and events could be showcased and studio space could be provided. Melrose needs a non-profit Community Arts Center. Franklin Street could be reborn with a unique focus of the arts. We have enough sandwich and coffee shops.... Peacuddy's and its predecessor both closed due to the economy and competition.
