Free kids festival at Saugus Iron Works; women's soccer league, ZBA meets.

2) Memory of a free festival: The Saugus River Watershed Council and the National Park Service will host their annual from 6:00 p.m. to dusk. This free event will include live acoustic music by "Kirsten and Dave", children's art contest, balloons, face painting, and a variety of games and hands-on environmental activities for the whole family. Bring a picnic dinner and blanket or lawn chairs for a relaxing evening at the Iron Works. Complimentary drinks and dessert will be provided.

3) Kick, push: The plays every Wednesday at the high school field at 7 p.m.

4) Move so fast on me shake appeal: The Melrose Zoning Board of Appeals meets tonight at 7:45 p.m. Looks like CVS wants to install a new sign.
