MELROSE, MA - Police are at the scene of a Green Street home that had a car plow into it Tuesday afternoon.

There is no word on the condition of the driver or what caused him to crash, though a witness said it appeared the man suffered a medical emergency.

Sue Rittenburg said she was at the red light at Lebanon and Main streets when she was rear-ended by a car. The driver appeared to regain control before crashing into the home, she said.
