I am writing to ask for two things. First, for the person(s) who has removed my Colarusso for Congress lawn sign on two separate occasions, I ask you to please stop. Second, I am asking for assistance from the public in getting the word out that this is still a free country where we are all entitled to our own opinions and to support the candidate of our choice. I don’t wish to know who has stolen my lawn signs, nor do I wish to have to call the Melrose Police and report this for the third time.
I rarely place signs on my lawn before. However, the importance of this upcoming election has weighed heavily on my heart, and I felt that it was time to make an exception. I believe Caroline Colarusso shares my and others' values, and is the right person for the job after reading her campaign announcement in the Patch. I care deeply about education, and Caroline supports school choice which helps improve the racial and equity gap in inner city schools. I am happily supporting Caroline Colarusso for Congress and not the incumbent hometown candidate Katherine Clark because she opposes school choice.

I reached out to the Colarusso campaign and spoke to Caroline herself who is very accessible and pleasant to talk to. She answered all my questions plainly with no ambiguous political doubletalk. Quite frankly she is a breath of fresh air.
Regards,
