MELROSE, MA — The following reports were received by Melrose Police between Monday, Dec. 8 and Sunday, Dec. 14.
Monday, Dec. 8
6:58 a.m. — Kelsey Jeanne Czarnota, 26, of 21 Alyssa Drive, Wakefield, will be summonsed on the charges of operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle after police conducted a motor vehicle stop on 838 Main St.
3:33 p.m. — Nasiah Turner, 26, of 30 Tufts St., Malden, will be summonsed on the charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and failure to stop for police after a motor vehicle stop on 476 Main St.

Tuesday, Dec. 9
9:59 a.m. — Derek Durbano, 54, of 27 Water St., Wakefield, will be summonsed on the charges of operating an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle, as well as using an electronic device while operating a motor vehicle after police conducted a motor vehicle stop on 71 East Emerson St.
10:50 a.m. — Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident on 195 Green St.

Wednesday, Dec. 10
1:05 p.m. — Nicholas O’Keefe, 33, of 29 John St., Woburn, will be summonsed on the charges of operating an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle, as well as having no inspection sticker after police conducted a stop on 158 Vinton St.
Thursday, Dec. 11
3:14 p.m. — Police responded to a report of threats made at 88 Lake Ave.
7:37 p.m. — A juvenile was arrested on the charges of disorderly conduct and trespassing after police responded to a report of a fight in progress at the Dunkin’ on 470 Lynn Fells Parkway.
Friday, Dec. 12
11:47 a.m. — Andercleef Sylveste, 19, of 10 Acorn St., Malden, will be summonsed on the charges of operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle after police conducted a stop at 245 West Wyoming Ave.
4:31 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident on 21 Montvale St.
Saturday, Dec. 13
3:12 p.m. — Police responded to a report of larceny/forgery/fraud at 201 Pleasant St.
8:32 p.m. — Jhonny Da Silva Valderrama, 19, of 272 Chute St., Everett, will be summonsed on the charges of operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle on 107 Porter St.
Sunday, Dec. 14
2:24 a.m. — Police received a report of a stolen motor vehicle on Oakland Street.
12:13 p.m. — Police responded to a report of vandalism at CVS Pharmacy on 516 Main St.
