MELROSE, MA — The Lottery has identified the person who bought a $100,000 winner in Melrose last month. Giovanni Pezzano purchased the Mass Cash ticket on Dec. 16 at Richdale's on West Wyoming Street. Pezzano's winning numbers, which were chosen via Quick Pick, were 3 13 14 28 30.
