Melrose Football Earns FOX25's 'Game of Week' Selection

FOX25’s “Game of the Week” will feature a Week 4 tilt between the Melrose Red Raiders and the Watertown Red Raiders.

According to the station, nearly 24,000 votes were cast this week, with Melrose/Watertown claiming 11,703 of them. East Bridewater against Abington finished second in the voting followed by Wachusett against Leominster.

Both Melrose and Watertown enter the crucial contest with undefeated records.

FOX25 will send reporter Bryan Salmond to Fred Green Field in Melrose. He will report live from the field at 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. Highlights will be shown on the station’s newscast after the game goes final.
