MELROSE, MA — A Level 3 sex offender was arrested after a resident told police he had been watching her for several days. Tyler Jacquard, 33, of Beacon Place, was arrested Saturday on charges of trespassing and disorderly conduct, and also was held in violation of his parole due to the charges. Police said Jacquard had been watching a resident when she left her apartment to walk her dog over several days. When the resident checked the state's sex offender registry, she recognized Jacquard as the man watching her. Police found Jacquard Saturday night standing by an apartment and peering into a window. Officers arrested him at the scene, which the police log said is West Emerson Street. Jacquard was convicted in 2014 and 2015 for open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior.
