Melrose National Little League Board to Tend Bar at Ab Fab

Here is the 5 Things column for Tuesday, May 7 in Melrose:

1. Guest bartending: The Melrose National Little League (MNLL) Board of Directors will be guest bartending from 7-11 p.m. Tuesday at Absolutely Fabulous. Part of the proceeds from sales of the Melrose Margarita will benefit MNLL, and the evening will include live music and raffles. 

2. Meeting time: The Soldiers and Sailers Memorial Hall Building Board of Trustees will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Memorial Hall, according to the city website.

3. City session: The Melrose Human Rights Commission is slated to meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at City Hall in the Mayor's Conference Room, according to the city website.

4. Read up: The Great Books group meets from 7-8:45 p.m. Tuesday at Melrose Public Library, according to the library website.

5. In case you missed it: Four people were reportedly taken to Melrose area hospitals following a rollover Monday night in the area of Beech and Goss Avenues.
