Officers made a couple arrests in the days before and after Christmas.

Thursday, Dec. 19
4:41 a.m. — Someone reported a man yelling obscenities on Day Street. Ryan Dragon, 35, of Salisbury was arrested on charges of possession of a Class A drug (subsequent offense) and breaking and entering during the nighttime for a felony.

Friday, Dec. 20
12:44 a.m. — Marcelo Ferreira, 54, of Somerville, issued a summons on a charge of driving an uninsured motor vehicle after a traffic stop on Main Street.
Saturday, Dec. 21
2:30 p.m. — A UPS driver said a manhole cover came off on Prescott Street after he drove over it. He tried to put it back on but the manhole cover was unstable. DPW on it.
Monday, Dec. 23
3:21 a.m. — Multiple reports of a car around Franklin Street honking and doing burnouts. Police could not find.
Tuesday, Dec. 24
1:17 p.m. — Police responded to a fight at a Main Street restaurant. Nicholas Lewis, 22, of Upham Street, was issued a summons on a charge of domestic assault or assault and battery.

6:25 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a man breaking down the door of his ex-girlfriend. Erik Lermond, 37, of Main Street, was arrested on a charge of malicious destruction of property less than $1,200 and a warrant.
