2 Pedestrian Injuries Lead To Road Closure In Milford

MILFORD, MA - 2 pedestrians were injured at the intersection of Congress and Spruce Streets in Milford, according to a statement from the Milford Police Department.

Wednesday evening, officers responded to a report that two people were injured after they were struck by a motor vehicle. Responders found a 67-year-old woman prone on the ground with an apparent head injury and a second victim, a 33-year-old woman nearby.

The older patient was taken to UMass Memorial Hospital in Worcester, while the other to Milford Regional Medical Hospital.
